• P.O. boxes
• APO, FPO, or other military addresses

Orders submitted with an unsupported delivery address may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during:

• Public holidays
• Promotional campaigns
• Product launches
• Peak shopping periods
• Periods of unusually high order volume
• Events outside our reasonable control

Personalized, engraved, customized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. When applicable, the estimated processing time will be stated on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping Cost

VARKHALL offers free standard shipping on every eligible order, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Free standard shipping applies only to addresses within our supported shipping area.

If an order requires additional shipping because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or another issue caused by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery normally takes 5–9 business days after the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

The total estimated time from placing an order to receiving it is generally:

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping time: 5–9 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days

Delivery estimates do not include weekends or United States federal holidays.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside the reasonable control of VARKHALL, including:

• Severe weather
• Carrier disruptions
• Peak-season demand
• Public holidays
• Transportation delays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Local delivery restrictions
• Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

A delay that falls outside our reasonable control does not automatically qualify an order for a refund while the shipment remains in transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.

The shipping confirmation will normally include your tracking number and a link to track the package.

Please allow 1–3 business days after shipment for the tracking information to become available or display its first update. Tracking systems may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please:

1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
2. Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
3. Contact us at support@varkhall.com if you still cannot locate the confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Before submitting your order, please verify:

• The recipient’s full name
• Street number and street name
• Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable
• City, state, and ZIP code
• Telephone number and email address

If you discover an address error, contact us at support@varkhall.com as soon as possible.

We will make a reasonable effort to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

VARKHALL is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned, redirected, or requires redelivery because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return, correction, or reshipping costs.

If the delivery issue was caused by VARKHALL, the customer will not be charged an additional reshipping fee.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not updated or you believe your package has been delayed or lost, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date the tracking information was issued.

Please provide:

• Your full name
• Your VARKHALL order number
• Your tracking number
• A brief description of the shipping issue

We will review the shipment details and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations may require additional processing time. We may need to wait for the carrier’s findings before approving a replacement or refund.

If the shipment is verified as lost, the available resolution may include:

• A replacement at no additional charge; or
• A refund to the original payment method

The available resolution will depend on claim verification, carrier findings, and replacement inventory availability.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Verify the delivery address shown in your order confirmation.
2. Check your mailbox, porch, garage, side entrance, and other areas around the delivery location.
3. Ask household members, neighbors, building management, reception, or the front desk.
4. Allow up to 24 hours because some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before the actual delivery.
5. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

If the package remains missing, contact VARKHALL within 3 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

Please provide your order number, tracking number, and any relevant information obtained from the carrier.

Each delivered-but-not-received claim will be reviewed individually. The available resolution will depend on:

• The delivery address
• Tracking information
• Carrier confirmation
• Proof of delivery
• Previous claim history
• The specific circumstances of the delivery

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Where appropriate, the customer may be asked to cooperate with a carrier investigation or provide additional documentation.

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

Please provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A clear description of the damage
• Clear photographs or videos showing the damaged product
• Photographs of the shipping packaging
• A clear photograph of the shipping label

Please retain the product, shipping box, protective packaging, and all original components while your claim is being reviewed.

After verifying the claim, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement at no additional charge; or
• A refund to the original payment method

The available resolution is subject to claim verification, the circumstances of the damage, and replacement inventory availability.

Refused, Unclaimed and Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, remains unclaimed, cannot be delivered, or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.

Where permitted by law, an approved refund may be reduced by reasonable return shipping, handling, or reshipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable when delivery fails because of an action or error by the customer.

If the delivery failure was caused by VARKHALL or was otherwise not the customer’s fault, the customer will not be charged an additional reshipping fee.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be fulfilled from different locations or shipped in separate packages.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments:

• Products may arrive on different dates.
• You may receive more than one shipping confirmation email.
• Each package may have a separate tracking number.
• You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because the order was divided into multiple shipments.

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean the remaining products are missing. Please review all tracking numbers provided before contacting us.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at support@varkhall.com as soon as possible.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized, engraved, customized, or made-to-order products generally cannot be changed or canceled after production has started.

Taxes and Import Duties

VARKHALL currently delivers only within the contiguous United States. These orders are therefore not normally subject to international customs duties or import charges.

Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order and delivery information.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes or charges imposed by law that are not collected during checkout.
