VARKHALL is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer the Services.

However, products purchased through our store are sold directly by VARKHALL, operated by DICOMMERCE LLC. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders or handling product-related customer service.

To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, losses, claims, or damages arising from products purchased directly from VARKHALL.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility Shopify may have under applicable law.
